Gym A Big Lie
I am writing this in English because this post is for all those Indians disguised English people living with English mentality. Gym is such a big lie that is wrapped up in so much clothes and this lie is intentionally spreaded in India where these crazy young generation is the biggest victim. Believe me I am writing this after practical use of our ancient traditional method of being fit and burning fat on me. Though I was never fatty in spite of I am doing just some simple things to stay fit and healthy.
a) Never go to Gym just go for an hour walk empty stomach with some Hindi योग & stretching.
b) Fast once a week and eat fruits , chikki, Mungfali, Sama/Buggar kheer, Makhana, and no Anaaj or salt.
c) Do proper dieting with organic eating with very less spices and use mustard oil or Mungfali oil or Rice Bran. No Maida, no white salt (eat only Sendha namak), no white sugar (eat only black chemical free jaggery).
d) In the morning start your day with one glass hot water with little lime juice then eat sprouts and then proper healthy breakfast ( no oily stuff).
e) In the day eat proper lunch with lots of daal and salaad and little real desi ghee.
f) In the evening eat your dinner (only 1 chapati with some bhaaji or daal) and after sunset no food.
g) No milk, no milk chai, no milk coffee.
h) In the night you can have some chikki or light something if you feel hungry but avoid any anaaj.
